In the Insights tab, you can begin to develop thematic takeaways from your research. What does the data mean, and why does it matter?

🧠 The thematic takeaways you discover through your research allow you to know what future research needs to be done to expand on topics, which direction you may need to pivot to, and most importantly to develop a plan to better benefit your users and customers.

How to add evidence to insights

When documenting your insights, you can link your data in line with your findings by clicking "Add", and searching or filtering down for which note you would like to add. Click on which notes you want to add, and press 'Add to insight'. This links the note, audio or video in the document.
