How to manage your plan & other pricing FAQs

Making changes to your account is quick & easy to do. You must have an "Admin" role in your account in order to access billing specific settings.

To update your billing, click Profile > Settings > Billing.

To upgrade/change your plan, click Profile > Settings > Plans. Here, you will be able to select Annual (best bang for your buck) or Monthly billing.

If at any point in the upgrade journey you need help or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us in support chat by clicking the question mark at the bottom right of your screen.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

We base our plans on volume of research. For example, think through how many hours of interviews you're conducting each month. Which plan would best support that amount of data added?

I don't have 5 people on my team, can I be on the pro plan with more than one editor?

The Pro plan is created with solo researchers in mind, so if you need more than one editor license the Teams plan is for you! There are more benefits to choosing the Teams plan over the pro plan including additional transcription hours, AI credits, more projects, prioritized support, and more!

I am a single researcher, can I be on a Teams plan?

Absolutely! You don't need to use all 5 editor spots that come along with the Teams plan. This plan is ideal if you will be conducting about 20 hours of interviews each month or have a higher volume of research.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a student and non-profit discount to our customers! Reach out to us in support for more details.

We also occasionally offer discounts for anyone to use, so be sure to be subscribed to our product updates to be the first to know about them.

How do I delete my account?
