How do I use Posty to automatically highlight and tag a summary?

Click the 'Summarize' button on any data file.
Choose an AI Summary template that supports Posty, indicated by the Posty icon.
Posty is toggled to on by default
Click 'Start Analysis' to have your data summarized, highlighted, and tagged automatically by Posty.

How do I know if a highlight or tag has been created by Posty or a human?

Knowing whether Posty or a human performed the tagging helps maintain transparency and trust in your analysis process, ensuring you can confidently interpret and act on the insights.

At the bottom of summary blocks and highlights in the right panel of a data file indicate if they’ve been created with the help of Posty. In the tag detail window, tags also indicate if they've created with Posty.

What if I want to highlight and tag my data manually?

Using AI is always optional in Notably. You can toggle Posty on for automatic highlights and tags or toggle Posty off to only summarize your data.

How do AI credits work with Posty?

AI features in Notably use a credit system. For our paid users, these credits are topped off each month based on your plan.

To generate a summary without Posty it costs 1 AI credit.
To generate a summary and automatically highlight and tag with Posty costs 2 AI credits.
