Enhance your analysis by utilizing your toolbar. In the Analysis tab of your project, you can add a new note, an image, lines, text & shapes to your canvas.

These tools are especially useful on your canvas when creating different frameworks such as journey maps, 2x2's or empathy maps.

At the top of your canvas you will see a toolbar with multiple features:

How to use each feature:

  1. Project Name- Click on the project name in the left corner to navigate to another tab of your current project.

  2. File - Click file to Import a CSV, Export a CSV, or Export a PNG of your canvas.

  3. Analyze Sentiment - Here you will see how many new notes are available to run sentiment analysis. This is a powerful tool to measure sentiment across your dataset to draw insights.

  4. Filter - Use this feature to filter down your canvas by Theme, Tag, or Participant. This is especially helpful when going into a focus mode or looking at distribution among a key topic, such as a tag.

  5. Color By - Use this feature to recolor your canvas by Theme (default view), Sentiment, Tag, or Participant. This is a impactful lens to apply to your data driven canvas.

  6. New AI Insight - Use this feature to generate a new insight from any themed or tagged data. Read more about AI Insights here.
