Through this OneDrive integration, you may import video recordings from OneDrive, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams into the Data tab of a Notably project.

Note: Editing of imported content is one-way only. Changes made on any files in Notably will not be reflected in OneDrive.
How to connect your One Drive account
Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Notably workspace.
Select "connect" for the OneDrive integration & log into OneDrive.
Once connected, you may begin uploading files to a Notably project.
How to upload data from OneDrive to Notably
From Inside a Notably Project
Navigate to the Data tab
Click the "Upload Data" button
Select "Import from OneDrive"
Choose File you want to upload & click "Select".
Optional Step: you may choose an AI Summary Template to run on this data file. Read more about Summary Templates here.
Wait for transcription to complete
From the "New+" Button in your workspace
Click "New+" at the top of your workspace
Select "Data"
Select "Import from OneDrive"
Choose File you want to upload & click "Select".

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a teammates video files from my account?
No, the integration only works per user rather than giving you access to your team's entire OneDrive. So, any files that belong to you, you can upload via the integration.
How do i disconnect the integration?
You can disconnect the integration here. This is the same place you connected it, just simply press "Disconnect".
Can I upload documents, or just videos?
We are still working on the integration, so for now you may upload Video files via the integration. If you have other documents or notes, you may download them to your machine and upload them directly into Notably. You may also copy and paste files into documents in Notably.
I am having trouble uploading a video through the integration, what do I do?
If you are having trouble, first try to refresh your screen and try again. If this continues, please reach out to us in support chat for further assistance.
